((Here's the starter! Brief bit of background, we're starting prior to the Greek gods possessing our characters! For convenience's sake, if everyone wants to, we can say that the majority of our characters at least are familiar with each other, unless they're freshmen or have just moved here. If you want to make it that your character doesn't know anyone yet, that's okay too!))
Sophie glanced up at the sky as she rode her bike to school, wondering if she should have brought an umbrella. The sky was dark and cloudy, and she was sure she'd get caught in the rain. She sighed - just another reason she wished she was allowed to get her driver's licence. Not only that, but now her younger cousin was tagging along with her to school, and despite Sophie's annoyance with the weather, she didn't say anything allowed. Lia, however, was a different story. Her cousin kept glaring up at the sky as she precariously pedaled her bike at the edge of the bike line, moodily muttering, "What stupid weather." Sophie tolerated her cousin, but she wasn't exactly thrilled at the thought of Lia following her around everywhere - especially to school, and to her after-school hangouts with her friends too. They were a few weeks into school, and Sophie wondered if Lia would find some friends soon. She liked her cousin, but she could only handle so much Lia at one time.
Sophie braked quickly as they arrived in front of the school, dismounting her bike and locking it up. She waved goodbye to her cousin - after all, Lia should be able to find her own classes by now - and headed into the school, looking around for her friends.
Lia rolled her eyes as she locked her bike, stuffing her hands into the pocket of her hoodie and staring up at the sky. Class started in twenty minutes - the goody-two shoes that her cousin was, Sophie always wanted to get to school early. Lia didn't mind being outside; she figured that it was better to stall as long as she could before heading into her always loud and cramped first period English class.
"God, I hate this place," she muttered, studying the gray clouds overhead. Maybe school wouldn't have been so bad if Lia actually had friends here, but considering she was a sophomore, cliques had already been formed last year, making her an outsider. She scuffed her shoes against the pavement, wondering why it was so hard to make friends.

Kade hummed along to the radio as she drove herself to school. It was her junior year, and she constantly reminded herself that she only had one more year she turned up the radio and pulled into the parking lot.
Charlotte sat in the parking lot, adding some finishing touches to her make up. She made a pouty face in her car mirror. She sprits herself with her perfume, then straightened her skirt and got out of the car. She shouldered her purse and headed know the school.
Eric played music through his head phones, walking down the street on the way to school. He nodded his head to the music. He turned and walked into the school cortyard. He headed inside and went to find his locker

Opal adjusted the black fedora one last time in the mirror as she smiled, wearing a black skirt with a tucked in gray button up. her red hair was hanging down as always as she rusged.down the stairs, her mom gone as always. recently her mom had let her nanny go considerong opal was seventeen. opal hated it, but nothing could be done. she grabbed her keys and bag as she rushed outside unlocking her blacl camry, sliding in as she started it and rushed out the driveway. she had to hurry to school if she didn't want to be late.
Landon clinbed off the bus as he yawned, scho alwats sucked. he glanced at the girl.going into the school and smiled as ge realized it was sophie, "hey soph!" he shouted as ge ran up to her, energy now coarsing through his veins at the sight of a friend

Sophie paused, recognizing the voice. She turned and, seeing her friend, smiled. "Hey, Landon! Heading to class too?" She mentally rolled her eyes at herself - of course he was heading to class. They were at school, for goodness' sake. "Want to walk together?" she added quickly.
((I went back a couple pages to see what grade Landon was in... it says grade 17 ahaha))

Jo parked her car, humming the song that was playing from her Ipod and through the radio as she grabbed her school bag and checked her makeup in the mirror one more time. She unplugged her Ipod and turned off the car, getting out and walking to school. Halfway there she cursed and ran back to her car. Like an idiot she had left the keys in the ignition - again. "Idiot," She muttered and pulled them out, hitting the lock button twice. Her car honked in response, and then she walked towards the building. Jo put her earbuds in and turned on her music, classic rock replacing the chatter of the school hallways.
Blake hopped off his motorcycle and pulled off his helmet, shaking out his shaggy black hair. Placing his helmet on the back of his bike, he hopped off, slinging his bag over his shoulder and walking into the school building. He glanced around for anyone he could talk to, but at the moment, he couldn't see any of his friends. That was fine with him, for the time being anyways. Then all of a sudden he ran into a girl he was fairly aquainted with; Charlotte.
Daniel sighed, leaning into the seat of his car. He was stuck in traffic, and that meant that he would be late - again. "This sucks," He muttered as he leaned forward and changed the station he was listening to. "I hate talk shows," he said to himself as he jabbed at the preset station buttons. when none of those pleased him, he hit the seek button, hoping to find a station that actually played music at eight in the morning.

Charlotte stepped back almost dropping her books. "Oh, sorry." She smiled up at him. "Hey Blake!"
Kade continued, finding her locked and putting the combination in. She tried to open it, but failed. She true again, and failed. She sighed and looked around.
Eric arrived at his locker, and opened it. He put his books inside and smiled to himself. He glanced one last time at his schedule and headed to first period

Lia took another deep breath. "Today I'm going to make some friends," she decided to herself. It was pretty much an impossible task, she thought to herself as the first bell rang, signalling that class would be starting soon. She headed up the stairs into the school, towards her locker, trying to remember her locker combination. She always forgot it, and the girl whose locker was next to hers kept making fun of her whenever she saw Lia struggling to get her locker open. Lia repeated those three numbers in her head.... 37, 28.... what was the last number again? She frowned, angrily kicking the locker below hers. She'd forgotten again.

"Need help?" Jo whispered in Kade's ear, hoping to scare her. She moved out of her reach, just in case she tried to whack her.
Blake gave a half smile, "Hey Charlotte...Sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going."

Aria ended up stuck in traffic as she groaned inwardly, "Screw my life." She whined as she put her head on the seat and closed her eyes, sighing a bit, "I'm gonna be late... again." She glanced to her side to see her was her car neighbor.
Landon laughed a little, knowing Sophie had always been a bit awkward, "Sure," He smiled as he fist pumped a few of the guys, "How was your summer?" He asked, glancing up at the dark skies.

Kade jumped, and turned around. "Jesus Christ! You scared the shit out of me!" She hit her arm. "Why!"

Atticus was standing at his locker, eating a PB and J at 7 in the morning. It was his favorite. He opened his locker and shoved his bag into it.
Rowan opened her locker and checked her hair in the mirror, feeling self-conscious with the outfit she was wearing today.

Sophie smiled. "It was nice! I did a lot of reading," she admitted, laughing. Her summers were usually full of spending time by herself, but she liked to go out with friends too - she hadn't seen Landon all summer, though. "My cousin started living with us too - she's certainly been a handful to deal with," Sophie added, seeing that Landon too had noticed the weird weather.

"Uhh..." Blake couldn't see a way out of this. He didn't really know Charlotte and therefore wasn't really comfortable hanging out with her. But...she seemed nice enough...so what was the harm? "Sure," He smiled, "I can do that."
Jo laughed, "You should have seen your face!" She told her, taking out her earbuds and putting away her Ipod. "You looked so terrified!" She cackled, grabbing her books from her locker that was right next to hers. "Do you need me to open your locker again?"

Landon smiled, "well, at least she's family. My little sister came back this summer from her dad's." He explained, "And she's ten, hw olds your cousin? Maybe they can have a playdate ormething."

Sophie laughed. "She's sixteen, but Lia'd certainly have the right level of maturity to have a playdate with your sister." She looked around. "She goes to our school now, but I kind of try to avoid her," she admitted. "She's always embarrassing me."
Lia groaned, punching her locker and finally giving up on opening it. "I don't need a book for English, anyway," she muttered. It wasn't the first time she'd forgotten her book, after all.

Jo grinned, "You didn't even have it open when I got here!"
Daniel glanced over and saw Opal next to him, He grinned and rolled down the window. "Late again?" He teased.

Opal rolled down her window just as he said that and gasped, offended "Look who's talking mister!" She called back as she grinned at him.
Landon frowned a bit, "well... She doesn't have any friends and she knows you, maybe that's why?" He suggested.
