Sophie shrugged, nodding a little bit. "I suppose you're right, she's just so.... temperamental, so I hope she makes some friends soon too." She decided to divert the conversation to another topic. "Anyway, how was your summer? We haven't seen each other in so long!"

Opal rolled her eyes, "I swear if I get detention on the frst day, my moms gonna kill me." She told Daniel as she waited for traffic to start moving.
Landon nodded, "Well, the whole sister thing, other then that, it was piano recitals after more. I also had a lot of voice lessons and everything." He told her, "not eventful."

Sophie smiled at him. "Yeah? And when are you going to invite me to one of your recitals, hmm?" She shuffled her notebooks around in her arms. "I'd really like to see you play."

"yeah right," She laughed, and then opened her locker for her. "You forgot your combo again, didn't you!" She accused with a grin.
Blake smiled and walked in, "Thank you," He said, waiting for her inside the door.
Daniel smield, "WE wont be late," He said, and right on cue, the traffic started moving.

Opal waved at him as she drove off toward the school, getting there right as the warning bell rang and climbing out, adjusting her hat as she smiled.
Landon shrugged, "I have one on Saturday in the Auditorium if you want to come." He told her. He was really shy about his music, but he didn't mind an audience every once in awhile, mostly old people came.

Landon nodded, "then come." He smiled as the bll rang, "better get to class." He murmured as bhe started walking quicker, "what class you got?"
Opal also rushed to class, hitting Daniel on the way and stumbling, htting the ground, "CRAPP!" She groaned as her hat flew off her head and she frowned.
Evelyn woke up to her alarm beeping as she looked at the time. She stared at the clock and groaned, it being to early.She decided to just sleep in a bit longer, so she turned around and fell asleep.

Sophie laughed, nodding. "Okay, I'll be there." She frowned as she tried to recall her schedule. "Um..." she trailed off, wondering if she should pull it out of her notebook. "Oh, that's right! I have math," she said, making a face. "Definitely not my best subject."

Daniel fel to the ground, and moaned a bit, "Jesus girl!"
Blake's eyes lit up, "You went to Italy? how lucky..." He gave a smile, thiking about his old home there. "How was it?"

Opal stared at him blushing almost as red as her hair, "Sorry Daniel! I didn't see you." she said quickly as she got up and went to retrieve her hat, not noticing the wet sign and slipping, falling on her butt again as she groaned "COME ON!" She shoutred annoyed at her clumsiness, glad she had on shorts under her skirt.
Landon smiled, "Same!" He said happily as he started to head ther,e 'At least we have a class together."

Charlotte smiled. "Absolutely beautiful. Rome was amazing. Have you ever been?"she said looking at him. She noticed how his eyes lit up when she mentioned it.
Eric sat down in his first period and twirled his pencil. Math Wasnt his favorite of the subjects
Kade slapped her own forehead. "Oh yeah. Duh!"

Daniel sat up and laughed, watching her. "Are you okay?" He got up and offered his hand to her.

Sophie laughed. "Right! That makes having to solve all those equations just a little bit better, having a friend in class!" She smiled at him. "Although it's the second week of school, I can't believe that I forgot my schedule already," she added, embarrassed.
Lia had decided she didn't want to go to class right away. She yanked her phone out of her pocket and tried to text her friends back home. She reminded herself that at least she had friends somewhere.

Opal took his hand and got up, almost slipping and falling again. She placed her hat back on her head as the bell fully rang signaling the tardy bell as she groaned, "Why am I such a clutz?" She asked Daniel as she started to walk toward math.
Landon smiled, "It happens to the best of us." He told her as he entered the room just as the bell rang, "WooP! just in time." He sat down, "I didn't know you were in here till today."

Sophie nodded. "Maybe it's because I kept getting here late? It takes forever to drag my cousin out the door, so I always end up sitting in the very back of the room," she explained, setting her stack of notebooks and binders down on the desk next to Landon's and taking a deep breath as she sat down. "I'm glad I finally got here in time!"
