(So, this will be my first rp for this site, so i may need some assistance from the admins (or whatever you prefer to call yourselves) to get it set up right. I'm just gonna give up and post this since every time I've checked over it I've had to completely rewrite it, so here it is. Hope you guys (and girls) enjoy.)
Prelude:
Around 2040, the world began to fall apart. Countries clashed, nations fell, brother fought brother, and millions died. It was during these years that a dark force, known only as the Organization, arose. They brought a kind of peace to the world, uniting what was left of the world under one banner. Quite a feat, or it would have been, had another threat not have arisen at that same time, intent on wiping out the plague humanity had become. Creatures, resembling those of the ancient myths, rose up after a stray nuclear explosion caused a large section of western Asia to collapse into the earth, revealing a system of caves that had never been detected. It was from here that the monsters poured forth, reclaiming their ancient territories. Now, the two sides are locked in a stalemate, neither able to overcome the other. There are rumors that a few humans have actually began to communicate with these beasts, that the creatures are actually sentient and only want peace, but know that the Organization must be destroyed to attain it. Whatever the truth of this, the Organization has begun to take drastic measures. In a base deep in the heart of Africa, hidden in the jungles, they’ve begun to create creatures of their own, humans with strange abilities. The base extends well below ground, over 100 levels, and has never been breached since it was constructed over twenty years ago. The year now is 2100, and that streak has just come to an end…

The world as we know it has come to an end. Now, you must make a choice. Will you be a member of the Organization, a force that now controls all of humanity through the promise of a brighter future, or a soldier of the Rebellion, fighting to free mankind alongside monsters such as the majestic Dragon or petrifying Basilisk? Or, are you one of the experiments, newly freed and with great powers that may bring about the end of the war, free to choose your own path? No matter your choice, the world will be greatly changed, maybe for the better, but maybe for the worse...
